This privacy policy ("Policy") explains how FBLA+ ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the FBLA+ website and Services. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

FBLA+ is an independent, student-led educational project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FBLA, Inc.

  • Study activity including event IDs, test configurations, question order, answers, scores, timestamps, and per‑question performance in order to resume progress and provide personalized insights.
  • Preferences such as default practice mode and other optional settings.
  • Site usage such as pages viewed and interactions collected via essential logs used to operate and secure the Service.

Information We Collect Automatically

We may automatically log basic device and usage information when you use the Services, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, and timestamps. This helps us operate, secure, and improve the Services.

We use cookies essential to authentication and core functionality. These include session cookies used to keep you signed in and to protect your account. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add privacy‑ preserving analytics in the future, we will update this Policy.

  • Service providers that host our app, store content, and provide authentication and database services (for example, Vercel, Cloudflare R2/CDN, Convex, and Google as identity provider). These providers may access personal information only to perform services for us and under confidentiality obligations.
  • Compliance and protection to comply with laws, legal process, or to protect the Service, users, and the public.
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction.
  • With your consent or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.

We do not sell your personal information.
